GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS INFORMATION
SELF-DRIVES RATES
Minimum rental charge is ONE (1) day (24 HOURS PERIOD)
All rates are quoted in the local currency (RM) and subject to change without prior notice.
INSURANCE
The rental rates full indemnity for accidental damage to third party property and bodily injuries. However, in the line with the commercial practice, the renter is always responsible for an amount equivalent to the excess clause as follows:-
All rentals are subject to the terms and conditions set in the Rental Agreement.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
Welcomes all major charge / credit cards as Visa, Master and America Express Cards.
DRIVER'S LICENSE AND AGE QUALIFICATIONS
Recognizes all current Malaysian driving licenses. Overseas visitor may use recognizes current licenses issued by their country of residence.
It is important that Renter and any additional drivers must be at least 21 years of age and over; and hold a valid licenses at least 1 year. Provision drivers and newly qualified drivers are definitely prohibited from driving vehicle.
Research the right to decline a prospective Renter whose driving license an endorsement.
EXTENSIONS OF RENTAL
Any extensions of rental beyond the agree return date and time must be arrange in advance with the required additional rental paid, to ensure that the extensions if insurance cover can be arranged. Failure to do so may mean the Renter is driving without CDW coverage.
WHERE VEHICLES MAY BE USED
All vehicle are insured for driving in SARAWAK only. No permission will be given for driving into Brunei or Sabah.
RENT IT HERE, LEAVE IT HERE
One-Way Rental service is available for Renter's convenience. However, a minimum rental days plus repositioning fee is applicable. Details will be made available at time of inquiry.
FUEL
Petrol/Diesel is not included in the rates. Each vehicles is supplied with sufficient fuel and shall be returned with a similar fuel. Otherwise, refueling charges will be provided at time of inquiry.
PARKING CHARGES AND TRAFFIC OFFENSE
All traffic, parking offenses, court cost and other expenses that may assessed against which are due by the reason of Renter;s possession or Use of vehicles, will be fully borne by the Renter and will contact the Renter where possible if it receives parking of traffic summons pertaining to the period under rental. Otherwise, renter's particulars will be submitter to the authority concerned.
COLLECTION AND DELIVERY
There is no charge for the delivery or collection of vehicle from Bintulu Airport. However, there is a repositioning charges for area within Bintulu Town. Similar terms applied in Miri Town area.
